This “more clinical” glaucoma risk calculator is a validated 5-year risk estimator for conversion from ocular hypertension (OHT) to primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). It’s meant to support clinical decision-making by answering:

“Given this patient’s baseline characteristics, what is their estimated probability of developing POAG within 5 years?”
